Bahan-bahannya :
- 2 sudu NutraStart Coklat atau Vanila
- 240ml air sejuk
- 5 ketul ais yang besar
- 1 sudu besar mentega kacang
Cara-caranya :
1) Kisar NutraStart, kiub ais, mentega kacang dan air sejuk sehingga sebati
2) Tuangkan campuran ke dalam gelas tinggi
3) Hidangkan ketika sejuk
Sebagai pilihan :
- Untuk sentuhan pedas, tambah sedikit badam cincang atau kacang tanah.
- Untuk hidangan yang sihat, kisar campuran tadi dengan pisang saiz sederhana.

Peanut Butter Heaven
Ingredients :
- 2 scoops of NutraStart Chocolate or Vanilla
- 240ml cold water
- 5 large ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions :
1) Blend NutraStart, ice cubes, peanut butter and cold water until smooth
2) Pour mixture into a tall glass
3) Serve chilled
Zest it up!
- For a nutty twist, add some chopped almonds or peanuts.
- For a wholesome meal, blend mixture with a medium-sized banana.
